ভাই যারা মনে করছে এই কোম্পানি তে নিজের ক্যারিয়ার গড়বে তারা গাধার মত ভুল স্বপ্ন দেখচেন নিজের ক্যারিয়ার নষ্ট করছেন। আমি দূঘ ৪ বছর ধরে চাকরি করছি যোগ্যতা
(ডিপ্লোমা)।
এদের মত বানচোদ আর একটা কোম্পানি নাই।। ঈদের সময় সেলারি ত দিবেই উল্টে আপনি যে বোনাস টা পাবেন তা থেকে টাকা কেটে নিবে ২/৩ হাজার যেটা ফেরত দিবে না। যারা ১ দিন অথবা ২ দিন ছুটি কাটাইছে অথনা লেট করে আসছে তাদের বোনাস থেকে ৫০০/২০০০/৩০00 নাই। তাইলে সে বাড়ি জাবে কি নিয়ে কর্যোকরে। আর বোনাস পাবেন ৪৫০০ টাকা এর বেশি না।। আলোচনা সাপেক্ষে লিখা সেলারি দিবে ৭৫০০
টাকা আর একটা কথা কোরবানি
ঈদের পর এদের রাখবে না।।
কোম্পানিতে কোন নিয়ম নাই যা আছে সব অনিয়োম। সেলারি দেওয়ার সময় কম দিবে সেটা পরের মাসে দিবে কি না সেটা সন্দেহ আছে। প্রতিমাসেই এই রকম হবে।আপনি কিছুই বলতে পারবেন বলতে গেলে আপনার চাকরি থাকবে না আর একটা নাম আছে কোম্পানি তে ফেমাড কাবিলা নাটকের কাবি না কোম্পানির মালিক এর ভাই এর নাম । ওভার টাই নাই। কিন্তু আপনাকে ওভার টাইম করতে হবে কোন টাকা পাবেন না। ৫ ঘন্টা ০.t করতে নাইট বিল দেই কিন্তু সেটা দিবে না।। আর কথা কোম্পানি তার খেলায় খুশি মত আপনাকে ছুটি দিবে যেটা আপনার প্রয়োজন নাই।(১০) দিন ছুটি।কিন্তু এই ছুটির দিন গুলা পরে আপনাকে দিয়ে খাটিয়ে নিবে। কোন প্রকার ছুটি কাটা ঈদের বোনাস থেকে টাকা কেটে নিবে। যদিও সেটা আপনার পাওনা ছুটি তাও টাকা কেটে নিবে।। আরো অনেক কিছু আছে।।
এডমিন ভাই আমার নামটা প্রকাশ করতে পারছি না যদি আমার কোরবানি ঈদে বোনাস ও সেলারি পরে কেটে নিবে।। আমার টাকা গুলা আর পাব না
